If you are a birth parent who relinquished a child through Holt here in the U.S. or internationally, we have a number of services to offer.
Services for Birth Parents
We understand that making the decision to pursue post-adoption support services can be an emotional and sometimes challenging decision and we are available to guide you through the process and offer support through the following services.
Correspondence Support
We can assist with sending and receiving letters, pictures, packages and gifts to identified family members.
Medical & Background Information
Birth parents may request non-identifying information about the adoptive family from the time of placement.
Search Services
If you are interested in beginning the search process, we can assist you or refer you to other organizations that may be able to help.
Birth Parent Request for Information
To determine if Holt International was your child’s adoption placing agency, or to contact a post adoption staff person, please complete the form below. You’ll receive an email in 2-3 business days confirming whether Holt placed your child, and if not, we’ll refer you to other agencies. If you know that Holt was not your child’s placing agency, you are still welcome to contact us. We offer some services for non-Holt birth parents and would be glad to discuss these with you.
