Upon the expansion of the Educational Assistance Service in Caloocan City, she is one of the students referred by the SDO Caloocan City. Stephanie has asthma. She needs to take medicine as prescribed by the doctor. The child comes from the low income family wherein their budget is only enough to meet their daily expenses. Her father is a as a street vendor and her mother is a housewife. Her father earns money depending on the sold fruits and sometimes it is only enough to meet their daily needs and cannot able to support her school expenses.
